A supermarket was robbed and attacked in Perth

A Perth supermarket owner reported being threatened and physically assaulted while trying to confront thieves at her store in the eastern suburbs.

Ashfield shop owner Sarah Wang said the incident escalated when she confronted two teenagers, who tried to grab her things and then punched her.

In this context, Wang mentioned that shoplifting has become her daily headache, but she has never encountered such theft, and $17 is not worth all this violence.

The girls, aged 13 and 14, who are accused of armed robbery, were released on bail on Wednesday.
