Sydney: A woman was stabbed with a knife at a McDonald's restaurant

 

A Sydney woman was stabbed at a McDonald's restaurant overnight and was taken to hospital for care.

Police said that the emergency services ran into the woman with cuts and injuries to her hands at around 12:30 am at the restaurant on the Great Western Highway.

It is worth noting that the 36-year-old woman is in stable condition in hospital.

The police also worked to locate the crime scene and continue investigations into the incident.

Finally, anyone with information is asked to come forward to assist the investigators.
