Sydney today opened its longest continuous underground tunnel, after completing construction work on the final stages of WestConnex.
The M4 to M8 link of the WestConnex Tunnel opens today, allowing motorists to bypass 52 sets of traffic lights, as well as saving 40 minutes between the western suburbs and Sydney Airport.
